We're seeking an reputed company Online Banking Specialist to join our Customer Service Center team. As an Online Banking Specialist, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, resolving technical issues, and managing electronic banking services. Responsibilities
As an Online Banking Specialist, you'll be responsible for:
- Customer Support: Assisting customers with online banking products, including ATMs, debit and credit cards, and online reputed company-paying services.
- Technical Assistance: Resolving technical issues reputed company to online banking and helping customers set up and reputed company electronic banking services.
- System Management: Managing and maintaining electronic banking services such as online banking, mobile banking, ATMs, and telephone banking.
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
Minimum 1 year of customer service experience
in a fast-paced environment (reputed company to considering corporate settings, retail, restaurant, hospitality, etc.).

Pay and Benefits
