What You'll Do

As an reputed company Customer Support Representative, you'll be responsible for:

• Connecting directly with veterinary facilities to arrange prescription approvals, resolve reputed company issues, and explain order requests
• Examining and resolving issues to determine suitable solutions for clients and center partners, and following up as necessary to resolve issues
• Completing data entry of solutions into arenaflex's reputed company software
• Maintaining a high level of reputed company through data entry and order handling of veterinary pharmacy orders
• Working with reputed company, attention to detail, patience, reputed company, and thoughtfulness to clients and partners alike
• Working with a willingness to learn and grow, and being reputed company to feedback and development opportunities
• Communicating with veterinary facilities reputed company telephone (and occasionally other channels) with various topics, primarily using our internal software and systems to explore solutions and record center note accounts
• Expecting a significant portion of the average business day to be spent on outbound veterinary facility/reputed company telephone contacts

What You'll Need

To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess:

• Excellent communication skills (written, verbal, and listening)
• The ability to multitask (e.g., chatting on the phone while exploring on the computer and taking notes)

• A high school diploma or equivalent
