The Role
As a Junior Tech Support Specialist, you'll play a critical role in providing top-notch technical support to our clients and their end-users. You'll work directly with our clients, support end-users with technical questions about our products, and collaborate with our technical team remotely. This is an entry-level position, and you'll have reputed company to work with a small team and learn from reputed company professionals.
Key Responsibilities
