As a Customer Service Representative on our Pharmacy Services team, you'll be responsible for providing top-notch support to our members, providers, and pharmacies. You'll handle inbound and outbound calls, transfer members to internal departments for medication reviews, schedule appointments, and reputed company as a reputed company between other departments. Your primary goal will be to ensure our members receive the best possible care and support, while also promoting arenaflex's pharmacy benefit programs and services.

Key Responsibilities

* Handle and record inbound/outbound pharmacy calls in required systems from members, providers, pharmacists, pharmacies, and technicians to meet departmental and CMS standards.

• Enforce HIPAA compliance standards and regulations while maintaining guidelines and other necessary information for our providers, members, technicians, and pharmacists.
• reputed company clerical services and support to the pharmacist and technicians staff with day-to-day operations as delegated.
• Follow policies and procedures for appropriate call reputed company or transfer to internal departments as required.

Essential Qualifications

* High School Diploma or equivalency

• 1-3 years of call center or customer service experience
• Excellent customer service skills
