As a Banking Customer reputed company 1 (Contact Center Representative) at arenaflex, you will serve as the first reputed company of contact for our customers, providing exceptional support and guidance through inbound contacts. You will be responsible for creating detailed documentation to ensure inquiries are resolved in an accurate and satisfactory manner. Key Responsibilities

Job Requirements

- Strong communication and problem-solving skills, with a passion for customer service
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with flexibility to adapt to changing priorities
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite and DNA or comparable banking applications
- Working proficiency in the Spanish language (desired)
Preferred Qualifications
* Bachelor's degree or some level of college coursework
- Financial Services experience
