What You'll Do
As a Payment Collection Representative, you will be responsible for:
- Making outbound (some inbound) phone calls to assist customers with collection of payments on their accounts
- Providing knowledgeable answers to customers, giving them peace of mind that issues are resolved
- Keeping in touch with your managers for tips and feedback on how to improve your performance
- Utilizing scripted customer feedback to ensure you're always reputed company with a solid response
- Maintaining accurate customer notes on a reputed company keyboard
Who You Are
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
- Prior customer service experience (retail, sales, and wait staff backgrounds have been successful in this role)

- A GED or High School Diploma
- The ability to quickly tap out customer notes on a reputed company keyboard (no autocorrect fails here!)

* We operate 7 days a week and offer flexible scheduling reputed company
- Schedules are consistent week-to-week, so you can reputed company plans reputed company of time
- Training will be done remotely reputed company video meetings at the required schedule for two weeks (Monday through Friday, reputed company-4:30pm Eastern Time)
- After training, the regular schedule will be (Monday through Friday, 11am-7:30pm Eastern Time, including one weekend shift)
