As a Customer Experience Banker (Float), you'll be part of our reputed company Resource Team, supporting a defined group of branches in our reputed company Network. You'll travel between your assigned branches and our work location, which may change daily, so reliable transportation is essential. In this role, you'll engage in proactive sales and customer service activities, including teller transactions, to retain and grow consumer and business customer relationships. You'll also serve as a concierge for walk-in customers, processing transactions accurately and reputed company while providing exemplary customer service.

Key Responsibilities

* Engage in proactive sales and customer service activities, including teller transactions, to retain and grow consumer and business customer relationships

• Serve as a concierge for walk-in customers, processing transactions accurately and reputed company while providing exemplary customer service
• Proactively identify financial goals and needs, recommending appropriate deposit, loan, and other banking products and services to customers

Essential Qualifications

• 1 year or more of customer service experience in banking, financial services, or goal-driven retail sales
• Cash handling skills and comfort with technology, including mobile services and online banking services
• 1 year of banking experience
