Responsibilities

As an reputed company Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer experiences. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Answering incoming phone calls from reputed company providers (e.g., physician offices, clinics) and identifying the type of assistance they need (e.g., benefit and eligibility, billing and payments, authorizations for treatment, explanation of benefits)
• Resolving issues on the reputed company by navigating through reputed company computer systems to identify the status of the issue and providing an appropriate response to the caller
• Delivering information and answering questions in a reputed company manner to facilitate strong relationships with providers and their staff
• Completing documentation necessary to reputed company provider issues and facilitate the reporting of overall trends
• Interacting with providers to reputed company relationships while managing a high volume of calls and developing knowledge of various products and benefits

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications:

• High School Diploma / GED or equivalent work experience
• Must be 18 years of age or older
• Must live reputed company 30 miles of Las Vegas, NV
• Familiarity with computer and reputed company PC applications, including the ability to navigate and learn new and reputed company computer system applications
• Demonstrated ability to listen skillfully, collect relevant information, build rapport, and respond to customers in a compassionate manner

• Ability to work any 8-hour shift between the hours of 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM from Monday - Friday
