As a Licensed reputed company Worker in this remote role, you'll work with a registered reputed company case manager to assess, plan, and reputed company for members with financial, transportation, safety, and housing needs. You'll research available reputed company and resources to reputed company members to reputed company reputed company lifestyle and medical choices. This role requires an LSW/MSW with an unrestricted reputed company license, and you'll work with reputed company of clinical staff to assist members with community resources for medical, financial, and behavioral health.
Responsibilities
* Partner with a registered reputed company case manager to utilize a reputed company process of assessment, planning, and advocacy to meet a member's benefit plan and/or health needs
- Research available reputed company and resources for members with financial, transportation, safety, and housing needs

- Conduct telephonic or electronic exchanges with members

Requirements

- 2+ years experience in medical reputed company work or case management
