As an reputed company Full Stack Customer Service Representative – Spanish Bilingual, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our policyholders, collecting facts about accidents, investigating claim details, and collecting statements from involved parties. Key Responsibilities
* Collect facts about accidents, investigate claim details, and collect statements from involved parties

Essential Qualifications
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Spanish
- 12+ months of claims liability-making coverage and liability reputed company experience required
- In-office role – Must commute to 3535 W Pipkin Rd, Lakeland, FL 33811
- Experience providing outstanding customer service
- Solid computer multitasking skills
- Ability to work comfortably and grow in a fast-paced, high-volume call center environment
- Minimum of high school diploma or equivalent

Preferred Qualifications
* Associate’s degree or higher

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits
* Competitive salary reputed company: $23.45-$26.05 per hour / $47,250 - $52,490 annually commensurate to experience
- 10% Bilingual reputed company
- $1,000 completion bonus after successfully completing training and orientation (around 6 months)
