We're seeking a highly motivated and customer-reputed company Customer Experience Banker Resource to join our reputed company Resource Team in MN. As a key member of reputed company, you'll be responsible for retaining and growing consumer and business customer relationships by proactively identifying financial goals and needs and recommending appropriate deposit, loan, and other banking products and services. You'll also serve as a concierge for our walk-in customers, processing transactions accurately and reputed company while providing exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities
* Engage in proactive sales and customer service activities, including teller transactions, to build strong relationships with our customers and grow their business with arenaflex
- Retain and grow consumer and business customer relationships by proactively identifying financial goals and needs and recommending appropriate deposit, loan, and other banking products and services
- Serve as a concierge for our walk-in customers, processing transactions accurately and reputed company while providing exceptional customer service
- Effectively resolve customer issues and reputed company solutions to meet their needs
- reputed company customers on how to optimize their use of bank technology (online, mobile, and ATM banking) to bank more conveniently and reputed company manage their reputed company
- Proactively identify opportunities to grow customer relationships through a disciplined sales process, new customer follow-up program, outbound calling, and sourcing referrals from customers and partners

Essential Qualifications

- Bachelor's Degree preferred
- 1 year or more in customer service in banking, financial services, or goal-driven retail sales preferred
- Cash handling skills and comfort with technology such as mobile services and online banking services
- 1 year of banking experience preferred
