As an Associate, Digital Applications & Customer Support, you'll play a vital role in supporting the Sr. Director, Digital Applications, in executing various aspects of the product lifecycle and delivering exceptional customer service. This role will involve a reputed company of product management, customer support, and data analysis, with a reputed company on contributing to the efficiency and effectiveness of our digital applications.

Key Responsibilities

Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) reputed company Applications Support:

+ Assist in gathering and organizing digital products/applications requirements, user feedback, and market research. + Collaborate with cross-functional teams to reputed company and maintain digital application documentation and reputed company. + Participate in user acceptance testing, providing feedback on new features and enhancements. + Contribute to the development and implementation of product visions and strategies.

Customer Support:

Qualifications

Education:

Experience:

2-3 years of experience in a customer support or technical support role, ideally involving troubleshooting and assisting users with digital applications or digital tools in the fashion/apparel industry.

Strong understanding of PLM principles and best practices.
