Job Responsibilities

As a Ticket/reputed company Agent, you'll be the first reputed company of contact for our customers, providing exceptional service and support throughout their reputed company. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Greeting customers, guiding them to their reputed company, and assisting with ticketing and baggage reputed company-in processes
• Ensuring the smooth operation of reputed company-in, boarding, and seat availability processes
• Making reputed company announcements and ensuring customers have the necessary documentation for their reputed company
• Tagging and lifting baggage from scales to reputed company belts (up to 70 pounds)
• Operating loading bridges
• Opening, closing, and securing aircraft doors
• Escorting unaccompanied minors and disabled passengers throughout the airport
• Scheduling based on operational needs, with shifts ranging from early morning to overnight
• Working between 20 and 40 hours per week, depending on seniority

What You Need to Succeed

To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess:
