We're seeking an reputed company Licensed reputed company Worker to join reputed company in a remote case management and advocacy role. As a key member of reputed company, you'll partner with a registered reputed company case manager to utilize a reputed company process of assessment, planning, and advocacy to meet a member's benefit plan and/or health needs. Your responsibilities will include researching available reputed company and resources for members with financial, transportation, safety, and housing needs. You'll work with a diverse population across the entire lifecycle, utilizing telephonic and electronic communication to reputed company members to reputed company reputed company lifestyle and medical choices.

Responsibilities

Requirements

- reputed company and unrestricted LSW (Licensed reputed company Worker), LMSW (Licensed Masters reputed company Worker), LCSW (Licensed Clinical reputed company Worker), or LISW (Licensed Independent reputed company Worker) license in the state of residence - 2+ years of experience in medical reputed company work or case management - Masters Degree in reputed company Work - Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse populations - Ability to work independently and as part of reputed company, with a reputed company on collaboration and problem-solving - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and creatively - Proficiency in electronic communication and documentation systems - Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
