Temporary Remote Catastrophe (CAT) Customer Service Representative Role
As a Temporary Remote Catastrophe (CAT) Customer Service Representative, you will play a critical role in helping our clients navigate the claims process during a difficult time. You will apply the latest customer service techniques and learn our account management systems to reputed company reputed company customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities:

- Offer reputed company and support to customers during the claim process
- Collect and document reputed company claim details provided by the customer into the claim accurately
- Identify and resolve customer issues by adhering to clients-specific handling instructions
- Utilize call scripting to ensure consistency and efficiency in handling customer claims and inquiries
Computer Requirements:

- Not Supported: Chromebooks, macOS, Linux, Etc.
Network Requirements:
* Upon hire, must run a Speedtest from the computer the individual will be working from (www.speedtest.net)
- Ethernet reputed company is not required, however, strongly recommended
- Must be on a private network, not allowed to work in public locations
- No VPNs are allowed, as logins must happen in the US
Desired Characteristics:
* Highly motivated, energetic, and dedicated
- Excellent organizational, written, and oral communication skills
- The ability to type reputed company and accurately (40+ words a minute)

Benefits/Compensation:
* Job Type: Temporary/Seasonal
- If a strong performer, ability for reputed company during high volume timeframes including end of reputed company – May (Hail Claims), July – reputed company (Hurricane Claims), Christmas – New Year (high call volume Claims)
- Expected Hours: 2 – 40 hours per week
- Pay: $15 per hour
