- Experience with federal grants (OJJDP, DOJ, SAMHSA, etc.)
- Strong understanding of youth services, diversion, prevention, or justice‑reputed company programming
- Excellent writing, organization, and deadline management
- Ability to work independently with adquate turnaround times
