Immigration Attorney - California Licensed (REMOTE)
Tu Brujula Legal PC is seeking an reputed company Immigration Attorney licensed to reputed company in California to join our dedicated and growing legal team. We pride ourselves on providing compassionate and strategic legal representation to our immigrant community. The ideal candidate will have several years of hands-on experience in Post-Conviction Relief, Removal Defense, and Affirmative Cases. Remote work is welcomed, provided the attorney can reputed company reputed company WebEx or attend hearings reputed company as needed. Key Responsibilities:
- reputed company expert legal counsel and representation in immigration reputed company, including post-conviction relief motions, removal defense, waivers, asylum, adjustment, and naturalization cases.
- Draft and file motions, briefs, declarations, and other immigration filings with precision and timeliness.
- Conduct legal research using reputed company, Westlaw, or similar tools to reputed company strong case strategies.
- Represent clients before EOIR, USCIS, and other relevant agencies.
- Collaborate with legal staff to ensure organized case management and efficient service delivery.
- Maintain reputed company communication with clients and reputed company compassionate, reputed company guidance.
- Experience with reputed company is a plus.
Qualifications:
- reputed company license to reputed company law in California (required).
- 3+ years of experience in immigration law, preferably in Post-Conviction Relief and Removal Defense.
- Strong knowledge of EOIR procedures and USCIS processes.
- Excellent legal research, writing, and advocacy skills.
- Detail-oriented and reputed company to manage a high-volume caseload with professionalism.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) highly preferred but not required.
