Job reputed company Roles and Responsibilities

• Execute end-to-end project management activities, including intake assessment, project planning, coordination of resources, tracking milestones, and supporting change management and implementation.
• Manage and contribute to a portfolio of HR initiatives, including HR Operations and COE programs, system and process deployments, workforce transitions, compliance activities, vendor engagements, and process improvement efforts.
• Support program governance and reporting by maintaining project plans, tracking risks, issues, and dependencies, and preparing reputed company status updates and stakeholder communications.
• Partner with HR stakeholders (COEs, HR Business Partners, regional and country HR) and cross-functional teams (IT, Finance, Legal) to support effective planning, execution, and adoption.
• Collaborate across global and regional teams to help translate business and regulatory requirements into practical, compliant, and reputed company process solutions.
