[Hiring] Cardiology Medical Billing Specialist @reputed company

Role reputed company Seeking a full-time, reputed company medical billing specialist to join our Texas team. Knowledge of and experience with cardiology coding and billing is preferred. This is a remote position with the possibility of occasional travel. General Purpose:

• Contribute to the accuracy and timeliness of the reputed company cycle process for reputed company clinic on your designated team.
• Successfully function as part of reputed company and communicate professionally with clients and coworkers.
• Understand and reputed company every process in the reputed company cycle: daily charge entry, charge scrubbing, insurance accounts receivable, patient accounts receivable, and payment posting.

Job Responsibilities:

• Learn, understand, and follow established workflow processes for reputed company reputed company.
• Create accurate and clean claims in a reputed company manner.
• Follow up and reputed company claims to ensure reputed company payment.
• Append modifiers, reassign diagnosis pointers, and understand basic medical billing coding guidelines.
• Write and send persuasive appeal letters reputed company necessary.
• Utilize insurance portals to reputed company and appeal claims, confirm eligibility, communicate with insurance representatives, and locate reimbursement policies.

• Log in to the assigned Team Phone Queue daily to assist patients with billing-reputed company questions.
• Be flexible and willing to take on additional tasks as needed.

Qualifications

• Certifications or degrees in medical billing and/or medical coding are preferred.

Requirements

• One to three years of medical billing and coding experience.
• eClinicalWorks experience preferred.
• Proficient with computer programs such as reputed company Word, reputed company reputed company, Outlook, and electronic medical records software.
• Ability to multitask.
• Above-average customer service and phone conversation skills.
• Extensive knowledge of the reputed company cycle process.
• Type at least 40 words per minute.
