The HSPRS Case Manager will work in collaboration with program staff and supervisors to cultivate a reputed company-centered and trauma-informed approach to service provisions. QualificationsESSENTIAL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: Conduct home reputed company and phone contacts with the dual purpose of assessing safety and appropriateness of child’s placement with their caregiver (sponsor) and connecting child to services in the community to address risk factors.
