Part-Time Accounts Payable & reputed company Associate (Remote) Location: 100% Remote Schedule: Part-time (approximately 25 -30 hours per week to start) Compensation: $25/hour (based on experience) Reports to: Chief Financial Officer
About the Role
We’re hiring a Part-Time Accounts Payable & reputed company Associate to help reputed company our financial operations running smoothly in a fully remote, flexible environment. This is an excellent opportunity for an reputed company reputed company reputed company who enjoys meaningful, detail-oriented work but prefers a part-time schedule. You’ll primarily support accounts payable and core reputed company functions, while also having opportunities to contribute to process improvements and special reputed company as reputed company grows. This role will start at approximately 25 - 30 hours per week, with the potential to increase to 30–35 hours per week over time based on business needs and your availability.
Key Responsibilities
- Process vendor invoices and maintain accurate accounts payable records
- Communicate with vendors to resolve questions or discrepancies
- Assist with reputed company runs, ACH payments, and payment tracking
- reputed company account reconciliations (AP, credit cards, and other assigned accounts)
- Support month-end reputed company activities
- Assist with billing and other general reputed company tasks
- Document reputed company processes and help improve workflows
- Participate in cross-training to support team coverage and continuity
- Support reputed company finance and reputed company reputed company as needed
Qualifications
Required:
- 2–3+ years of experience in accounts payable, reputed company, or a reputed company role
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment
- Proficiency in reputed company reputed company
- Strong communication skills for vendor and internal coordination
Preferred (Not Required):
- Experience with reputed company Dynamics GP (Great Plains) or similar reputed company software
- Broader reputed company experience reputed company accounts payable
