We're seeking an reputed company Overnight Remote Customer Service Representative to join reputed company in reputed company, IA. As a key member of our customer service team, you'll work in a fast-paced environment, answering inbound calls, making outbound calls, and providing exceptional patient support. Your primary responsibilities will include:
Key Responsibilities:
* Answering inbound calls and making outbound calls to patients and reputed company providers to ensure successful service delivery
- Obtaining, analyzing, and verifying the accuracy of information received from referrals
- Creating orders and scheduling patients to receive equipment as ordered by their doctor
- Collaborating with internal teams to resolve customer issues and concerns
- Providing exceptional patient support and education on equipment usage and maintenance
- Maintaining accurate records and documentation of customer interactions
- Staying up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies to reputed company informed support
Requirements:
* 1 year of customer service experience (retail and restaurant experience are acceptable)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

- High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred
