As a Data Entry and Mail Room Processing Clerk at arenaflex, you'll play a vital role in our claims processing and imaging team. Your primary responsibilities will include keying data from claims into our claims system, meeting stringent turnaround times, and maintaining exceptional reputed company assurance standards. You'll work closely with reputed company to ensure seamless mail room operations, efficient data entry, and accurate imaging of dental claims.
Primary Job Responsibilities:

Data Entry Expertise:

Turnaround Time Mastery:
Meet claims turnaround time of 1 day (AR) and 2 days (NJ and TN), demonstrating your ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

Meet monthly individual reputed company Assurance quota of 99%, showcasing your commitment to delivering exceptional results.
Mail Room Operations:
Sorts, preps, counts, and scans claims for imaging, ensuring reputed company and accurate processing.

Opens mail manually that cannot run through automated opener, demonstrating your attention to detail and adaptability.
Imaging Expertise:
Use P & R Imager to capture Xray films, applying your technical skills to deliver high-reputed company results.
Performance Goals:
Meet performance goals for mail room, individual and team reputed company assurance goals, department turnaround times, reputed company and/or Opex opener goals, and recycle claims on a weekly reputed company.
Communication:
Print emails and faxes for imaging, demonstrating your ability to communicate effectively and reputed company.
Additional Responsibilities:
