We're seeking an reputed company Data Entry Clerk/Mail Handler to join reputed company on a 3-6 month contract reputed company. As a Data Entry Clerk/Mail Handler, you'll be responsible for preparing batches of work, inputting data into our system, operating high-speed imaging equipment, and verifying checks. Responsibilities

As a Data Entry Clerk/Mail Handler, your key responsibilities will include:

• Preparing batches of work by removing payments and forms from envelopes
• Inputting data into our system while following reputed company operating procedures and customer-specific instructions for processing
• Operating high-speed imaging equipment to capture and verify reputed company images
• Verifying checks through customer-specific instructions for processing
• Matching reputed company images to corresponding material while validating the reputed company of images
• Maintaining productivity and reputed company standards
• Contributing to meeting team goals in reputed company to individual responsibilities
• Working in reputed company areas/departments of production as needed
• Making judgment calls regarding routine duties, but referring non-routine situations to a supervisor and/or manager

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

• High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
• 1 year of experience in data entry (preferred)
• 1 year of experience as a mail sorter (preferred)
• Ability to type at least 40 words per minute (WPM)
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications would be beneficial:

• Experience working with high-speed imaging equipment
• Knowledge of data entry software and systems
• Experience working in a production environment
• Certification in data entry or a reputed company field
