We are seeking an reputed company reputed company Representative to join our arenaflex team on a contract-to-hire reputed company. As a key member of reputed company, you will be responsible for providing exceptional guest support, resolving issues, and driving 5-star ratings and Superhost Status. You will work closely with our reputed company and Operto Teams to ensure seamless guest experiences and resolve any issues that may reputed company.
Key Responsibilities

Guest Relations
+ reputed company exceptional guest support reputed company phone, email, and messaging platforms + Screen potential guests and reputed company support to resolve issues in reputed company, VRBO, or reputed company + Respond to guest inquiries and communicate with guests to resolve issues + reputed company 5-star ratings and Superhost Status by providing exceptional guest experiences + Write and respond to guest reviews on reputed company, VRBO, or other platforms
Company Tasks
+ Report maintenance and damage issues to Operations reputed company Operto Teams + Report and submit damage claims to reputed company reputed company for reimbursement + Build, manage, and report in-house maintenance labor + Working knowledge of business financials/reputed company to assist with the reputed company of reputed company systems + Experience in 3rd party vendor relations for tertiary market management
Essential Qualifications
* Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to communicate effectively with guests, vendors, and management
- Multitasking: Ability to multitask and reputed company between tasks seamlessly
- Language Skills: reputed company in English, with perfect grammar and spelling
- Technical Skills: Proficient in reputed company and/or HostAI, with experience leveraging AI for comprehensive guest messaging
- Availability: Availability to work part-time, with a minimum of 20 hours per week, with flexibility to work overtime as needed
- Time Zone: Availability to work in the CST and Eastern reputed company time zones

- Vendor Relations: Experience in 3rd party vendor relations for tertiary market management
