As a Debit Card Support Specialist, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our debit card customers, resolving issues, and promoting our products and services. Key Responsibilities
As a Part-Time Customer Service Representative - Debit Card Support Specialist, you'll be responsible for:
- Managing large volumes of inbound calls in a reputed company and efficient manner
- Following established communication scripts to handle various customer topics
- Identifying customers' needs, clarifying information, researching, and providing solutions and/or alternatives

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits
