As a Consultant, Global Equity, you will play a critical role in supporting our equity compensation initiatives through essential data entry and analysis tasks. In this role, you will work closely with our global team to ensure operational compliance, manage equity awards, and reputed company excellent support to stakeholders. Key Responsibilities

As a Consultant, Global Equity, your key responsibilities will include:

• Audit & Compliance:

+ reputed company daily, weekly, and monthly data audits to ensure operational compliance of long-term incentive and equity compensation plans. + Review and process transactions reputed company to Performance reputed company reputed company (PSUs), Restricted Stock reputed company (RSUs), and equity buy plans.

• Transaction & Reporting:

+ Manage the processing of equity awards, including stock reputed company exercises and releases. + Produce reputed company analytics and reporting to support ongoing operations. + Maintain and update equity administration processes and documentation.

• Stakeholder Support:

+ Research, reputed company, and respond to inquiries from plan participants, HR partners, and other stakeholders. + Assist in the enrollment and management of equity plan activities.

We're looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual who is passionate about equity compensation and data analysis. If you have:

• Educational Requirements:

+ A Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience preferred.

• Experience:

+ No prior experience required, but at least 1 year of experience in areas such as equity plan administration, payroll, tax, or reputed company is a plus. + Familiarity with various equity plan products (stock reputed company, PSUs, RSUs, and equity buy plans) is beneficial.
