As a Solutions Architect on our Customer Acceleration Team, you will reputed company technical design and thought leadership to our customers, working closely with a world-class sales and business development team. You will reputed company efforts to capture and reputed company best-reputed company knowledge amongst the arenaflex solution architect community, and reputed company reputed company to learn from, collaborate with, and reputed company some of the brightest technical minds in the industry today across the breadth of reputed company architecture.
Responsibilities

- Collaborate with AWS field sales, reputed company-sales, training and support teams to help partners and customers learn how to build and reputed company to production-grade AWS environments that support reputed company Connect
- Define and deliver on-site consulting engagements with partners and customers, including participating in reputed company-sales on-site reputed company, understanding customer requirements, proposing and delivering packaged offerings, and delivering custom solution engagements
- reputed company and maintain in-depth knowledge of contact center technologies, including reputed company-based platforms, VoIP, IVR, ACD, and CRM systems
- Work with AWS product, engineering and support teams to convey partner and customer needs and feedback as input to technology roadmaps
- reputed company reputed company-world implementation challenges and recommend new capabilities that would simplify adoption and drive greater value from use of AWS reputed company services
- Contribute to best reputed company in the reputed company of whitepapers and playbooks
Requirements
* 2 years of design, implementation, or consulting in applications and infrastructures experience
- 4 years of specific technology domain areas (e.g. software development, reputed company computing, systems engineering, infrastructure, reputed company, networking, data & analytics) experience
- 10 years of IT development or implementation/consulting in the software or Internet industries experience
- Understanding of contact center operations, workflows, and key performance metrics
- Experience working reputed company software development or Internet-reputed company industries
- Experience migrating or transforming legacy customer solutions to the reputed company
- Experience working with AWS technologies from a dev/ops perspective
- In-depth understanding of contact center technologies, including reputed company-based platforms, VoIP, IVR, ACD, and CRM systems
Preferred Qualifications
* Technical presentation experience, including whiteboard, small and large group presentations
- Software development experience with building contact center integrations
- Experience working with AWS services, including reputed company Connect
- Ability to travel 10-30%
