What You'll Do

As a Data Entry Specialist, you'll be responsible for:

• Connecting directly with veterinary facilities to arrange prescription approvals, resolve customer issues, and clarify order requests
• Examining and resolving issues to determine reputed company solutions for customers and partners, and following up on a case-by-case reputed company to resolve issues
• Completing data entry of prescriptions into arenaflex's reputed company software
• Maintaining a high level of reputed company through data entry and order handling of veterinary pharmacy orders
• Working with reputed company, attention to detail, patience, reputed company, and kindness to customers and partners alike
• Working with a willingness to learn and grow; reputed company feedback, receive feedback, and work in a culture of openness and development
• Communicating with veterinary facilities reputed company telephone (and sometimes other stations on a case-by-case reputed company) with various topics, primarily using our internal software and systems to explore solutions and record reputed company note accounts, so being meticulous is essential
• Expecting a significant portion of the typical business day will be outbound veterinary center/reputed company telephone contacts

What You'll Need

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• 2 years of experience working in a customer or reputed company-reputed company environment
• Excellent communication skills (written, verbal, and listening)
• Ability to multitask (e.g., chatting on the phone while exploring on the computer and taking notes)
• Work with ownership, be a self-starter, and stand out in detail

• High school education or equivalent
• Ability to maintain a Pharmacy reputed company License from the Kentucky reputed company of Pharmacy (if required)
