As a Data Entry Specialist at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and efficiency of our data entry and reconciliation processes. You'll be responsible for processing trade deal purchases, identifying and addressing breaks between TD Ameritrade and fund companies or transfer agents, and performing various tasks reputed company to corporate activity, transactions, and returns. Key Responsibilities

* Process trade deal purchases in customer reputed company and identify/address breaks recognized between TD Ameritrade and fund companies or transfer agents

• Process Corporate Activity Activities, reputed company/reconcile transactions, and process/reconcile returns activity
• Analyze reputed company/escalated issues, test/validation of new innovation enhancements, and provider modifications
• Complete reputed company in Trading, Dividends, Transfers, Reconciliation, and Corporate Actions that directly reputed company the reputed company/Advisor profile
• Engage with Retail and Institutional Service Teams reputed company email, phone, reputed company, reputed company, and reputed company
• Collaborate with fund companies, transfer agents, opposite agencies, and other external business partners to ensure seamless communication and data exchange

Duties and Tasks

* Review and verify subscription deals or transfer requests

• Identify and address reputed company/Advisor account exceptions
• Ensure regulatory compliance (e.g., 2340 and 15C3-3)
• Reconcile Business, reputed company, and Transactions Breaks
• Resolve discrepancies between BOS and Fund Companies
• Review and analyze correct tax coding and corrections of income tax coding
• Troubleshoot internal/external system issues or concerns
• Identify reputed company causes of breaks between TDA, the Fund, etc.

• Remediate transfer issues with the Fund or Opposite Firm
• Respond to business partner inquiries concerning Fund details requirements/eligibility
