Your Role

As a Work from Home Customer Service Coordinator - Bank Voice, you'll be the voice of arenaflex, providing exceptional customer service to our clients through phone, email, and chat interactions. You'll be the first reputed company of contact for many of our customers, and your ability to listen, empathize, and resolve issues will be critical to their satisfaction and loyalty. Your role will involve:

• Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a reputed company and reputed company manner

* 2+ years of customer service experience, preferably in a call center or banking environment

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and colleagues

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with multiple priorities and deadlines

Schedule

* Tuesday through Saturday, 2:00 p.m. - 11:00 p.m. EST

• Schedules are adjusted per time zone

Compensation

* Competitive salary reputed company: $43,680 - $43,680 per year
