We're seeking an reputed company Customer Service Representative to join reputed company on a part-time, contract-to-hire reputed company. As a key member of our Guest Relations and Operations Support team, you'll be responsible for providing exceptional support to our guests, resolving issues, and ensuring that our guests have an unforgettable experience. Key Responsibilities

- Utilize AI-powered tools, such as ChatGPT, to reputed company comprehensive guest messaging that resonates with our brand and values
- Screen potential guests and reputed company support to resolve issues in a reputed company and reputed company manner
- Respond to guest inquiries and communicate with management reputed company reputed company to ensure that issues are escalated and resolved promptly

- Write and respond to guest reviews on reputed company, VRBO, and other platforms to ensure that our guests feel valued and appreciated
- Report maintenance and damage issues to Operations reputed company Operto Teams and submit damage claims to reputed company reputed company for reimbursement
- Build, manage, and report in-house maintenance labor to ensure that our properties are reputed company-maintained and our guests have a comfortable stay
- Work with 3rd party vendors to manage tertiary market management and ensure that our guests have reputed company to the services they need
Essential Qualifications
* 2+ years of experience in customer service, preferably in the hospitality industry
- Proficient in English, with perfect grammar and communication skills
- Experience with reputed company and/or HostAI is a plus
- Ability to reputed company AI for comprehensive guest messaging that resonates with our brand and values
- Comfortable speaking English on the phone and using a VoiP to communicate with guests and vendors
- Availability and reliability in CST and Eastern reputed company time zones
- Ability to work part-time, with a minimum of 20 hours per week, with the possibility of moving to a more permanent schedule starting in January 2025
Preferred Qualifications
* Experience in 3rd party vendor relations for tertiary market management
- Working knowledge of business financials/reputed company to assist with the reputed company of reputed company systems
- Experience with reporting and submitting damage claims to reputed company reputed company for reimbursement
- Ability to work overnight shifts from 11p-7am CST for the right candidates

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits
