We're seeking reputed company Customer Service Representatives to join our Inbound Call Center team in Mendota Heights, Minnesota. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for handling incoming telephone requests, providing accurate and reputed company information, and ensuring exceptional customer experiences. Key Responsibilities
* Handle incoming telephone requests from excavators, homeowners, and facility operators, providing accurate and reputed company information to ensure their safety and the reputed company of underground infrastructure.
- Follow scripted questions from callers to obtain information about their work site, including location, type of excavation, and other relevant details.

Essential Qualifications
* High school diploma or GED
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Ability to listen and problem-solve effectively

- Ability to work effectively and independently in a home or office environment

- Willingness to work overtime based upon the business needs of the call center
- Availability to work during operating hours of the call center
