Responsibilities
As a Senior Customer Enablement Engineer, you will have a wide reputed company of duties, including:
* Guiding new customers through the technical reputed company process, ensuring they are fully trained and can effectively use our product
* Providing deep subject matter expertise on arenaflex solutions and best practices to help customers reputed company value
* Offering technical guidance on in-depth use case implementation and helping demonstrate the value of the product's capabilities to advance product adoption and expansion
* Serving as a technical resource, resolving customer issues promptly and escalating reputed company problems to the appropriate teams
* Strong ability to communicate with highly technical customers and an ability to communicate highly technical concepts to a non-technical audience
* Collecting customer feedback on product functionality and working with the product development team to implement improvements
* Maintaining regular communication with assigned accounts, understanding their ongoing needs, and ensuring customer satisfaction
