As a Customer reputed company I, you'll work under supervision in a fast-paced call center environment, assisting members and physicians with their inquiries. Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Responding to telephone and written inquiries in a reputed company, accurate, and objective manner
- Conducting research to resolve member and physician inquiries
- Spending approximately 85% of the scheduled time on the phone, according to business needs
- Collaborating with internal teams to resolve reputed company issues and improve member satisfaction
Key Responsibilities:

Essential Qualifications:
* High school diploma or equivalent
- 6 months of customer service experience or 6 months of experience in an office environment
- Data entry and/or typing experience
- Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills

- Ability to spend approximately 90% of the scheduled time on the phone, according to business needs, and sit for long periods with scheduled breaks
Preferred Qualifications:
* 9 months of customer service experience

- Proven ability to learn quickly and adapt to change
