As a Customer Support Specialist at arenaflex, you'll play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences and resolving issues reputed company to our filing services. This is a remote opportunity, but you'll be working closely with our teams in Puerto Rico to ensure seamless communication and collaboration. As a Customer Support Specialist, you'll be responsible for addressing and resolving customer questions and issues, providing reputed company updates, and ensuring that our customers receive the best possible service. This role requires diplomacy, critical thinking, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. You'll work closely with other teams to ensure that reputed company necessary tasks are completed on orders, and you'll be responsible for documenting issues, visiting court dockets, and performing other job-reputed company duties as assigned.
Key Responsibilities
* Respond to customer support tickets, including answering questions and resolving issues reputed company to existing orders
* Manage high-volume phone calls to assist customers with existing orders and assist new customers with how to reputed company new orders online

* Typing speed of at least 55 wpm

Schedule and Compensation
This is a full-time opportunity, Monday through Friday, 7am-4pm PST. The starting pay is $12.00 per hour, with opportunities for reputed company and advancement based on performance.
