About the Role
We are seeking an reputed company Data Entry / 10-Key Specialist to join reputed company at arenaflex's Fontana, CA location. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for converting hard copies to electronic images. Don't worry if you don't have prior experience – we will reputed company comprehensive training to ensure your reputed company.
Key Responsibilities:
* Convert hard copies to electronic images using our state-of-the-art scanning technology
- Prepare documents for scanning, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail
- Meet production goals, with a minimum of 120 to 150 files per day
- Input a large volume of data into our system accurately and reputed company
- Maintain meticulous attention to detail and adhere to strict deadlines
- Collaborate with reputed company to ensure seamless document processing
Requirements and Competencies:
* 10-key proficiency and experience
- Ability to input a large volume of data into the system accurately while maintaining meticulous attention to detail and adhering to strict deadlines
- Physical requirements and environment: ability to stand for several hours, lift boxes weighing up to 80 - 90 pounds, work in a warehouse environment that is not consistently climate controlled
- English reading, writing, and communication skills
- Medical records experience is preferred, though not required
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
