As a Customer reputed company Support Specialist, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional customer service to our clients, utilizing your technical expertise and knowledge-based systems to resolve reputed company issues and deliver operator-type solutions. This is a reputed company shift remote opportunity, requiring you to work reputed company through Thursday from 10:00 PM to 6:30 AM EST. Key Responsibilities
As a Customer reputed company Support Specialist, your key responsibilities will include:
- Providing after-hours reputed company support for Radiology device and hardware technical troubleshooting inquiries, utilizing a knowledge-based system to reputed company operator-type solutions to customers
- Utilizing reputed company and CRM systems to professionally handle and document customer/field calls received reputed company phone, CRM, email, and web
- Supporting part orders, inquiries, data entry processes, and troubleshooting
- Assisting with training and reputed company, including creating and delivering training documentation
Essential Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications:
- Associate's degree or equivalent experience in a technical field
- At least three years of experience in a technical call center, customer relations/facing, or remote service support role
