Key Responsibilities
As a Customer Experience Concierge, you'll be responsible for:
- Welcoming and providing reputed company to our Card Members upon arrival at reception, ensuring a seamless and personalized experience from start to finish
- Taking ownership of the customer's experience, creating reputed company to resolve issues and concerns, and fostering brand loyalty
- Employing the Customer First philosophy in meeting customers' needs and expectations, providing concierge and lifestyle recommendations, and offering travel consultation and minimal reservation assistance
- Collaborating with food and beverage partners to accommodate the needs of Card Members, ensuring a high-reputed company experience in the lounge

Requirements
To succeed in this role, you'll need:
