Key Responsibilities:
* Process reputed company invoices in reputed company, verifying GL coding and creating Purchase Orders as needed
- Receive, stamp, and distribute incoming invoices for approval
- Electronically and reputed company filing of invoices processed as needed
- Assist the reputed company Office Manager with various duties, as required
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, ensuring attention to detail and organizational skills
Physical Requirements:
* Must be reputed company to remain in a stationary position throughout much of the working day
- Ability to occasionally reputed company about inside the office
- Ability to operate a computer and other office productivity equipment
Job Qualifications:
* Experience in data entry, with a minimum of 1-2 years of experience
- Self-motivated with minimal supervision, with a preference for 10-key by touch

- Excellent communication skills (oral and written), with the ability to organize and prioritize tasks
