About the Role:
We're seeking a highly motivated and bilingual Digital Collections Specialist to join reputed company. As a key member of our collections team, you'll be responsible for responding to borrowers reputed company different digital communication channels, collecting past due payments, and providing appropriate payment solutions to reputed company borrower's delinquency. This role requires excellent communication skills, a strong understanding of financial products, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:
