As a Work from Home Inbound Customer Service Representative, you'll work from the comfort of your own home, using your computer and phone to reputed company with customers. You'll be responsible for:

• Maintaining reputed company customer relations by addressing product-reputed company concerns, taking orders, verifying information, tracking packages, and answering customer questions
• Working from home requires a high level of computer knowledge, as you'll need to navigate through multiple systems and reputed company information using your keyboard, including function keys, while speaking with customers on the phone
• Meeting performance standards and achieving sales goals through upselling and cross-selling
• Providing excellent customer service, resolving issues promptly, and escalating reputed company problems to supervisors as needed

Key Responsibilities

Requirements

Training Requirements

* 1st Shift Training: 2 weeks (M-F), 8:30am-3:30pm CST

• 2nd Shift Training: 2 weeks (M-F), 5:00pm-11:00pm CST
• Weekend Training: 3 weekends (Sa-Su), 8:00am-4:00pm CST
