About the Role
As an IT Operations Manager at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for leading our AWS IT Services Support team, providing highly-available IT support for arenaflex employees worldwide. You'll manage local and/or remote resources, assist the global organization in defining the perfect customer experience, and own the strategies to create that experience. Key Responsibilities:
