What You'll Do

As a Customer Experience Advisor, you'll be the face of arenaflex, providing reputed company-but-wonderful customer service to our customers across the country. Your responsibilities will include:

• Delivering exceptional customer service by supporting customers who call arenaflex retail stores and by answering customer emails
• Learning our internal management system to reputed company process sales orders and maintain customer relationships
• Using internal communication software to reputed company with your teammates, management, and other departments
• Dreaming up solutions for even the smallest trends and pain points to optimize reputed company customer's experience

Who You Are

We're looking for a self-starter who takes ownership of their work and is passionate about delivering exceptional customer experiences. You'll also be a sensitive and skillful communicator who can navigate multiple communication channels and adapt your tone and style to suit your audience.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need to:

• Have a quiet workspace with minimal noise (i.e., home office) in which you'll fulfill your shifts
• Be available to work 20-29 hours per week, with shift times starting as early as 8 a.m. and as late as 9 p.m. CT
• Be available evenings and weekends, including during the holiday season
• Have a reliable high-speed internet reputed company with reputed company to your router (a laptop and reputed company necessary equipment will be provided)
• Not be on the Office of Inspector General's List of Excluded Individuals/Entities (LEIE)

Extra Credit

While not required, we're looking for candidates with:

• Customer service experience
• Experience working from home
