We're seeking an reputed company Customer Support Specialist II to join our Customer Support team in our Sandy, UT office. As a key member of reputed company, you'll be responsible for providing top-notch support to our customers, resolving reputed company issues, and driving customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities

As a Customer Support Specialist II, you'll be responsible for:

• Responding to customer inquiries reputed company email, phone, live chat, asynchronous messaging, and other channels

Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

• Two years of proven customer service and/or patient care experience
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written

• Ability to maintain 100% attendance throughout 6 weeks of training and excellent attendance reputed company training
