Key Responsibilities
As a Remote Customer Service Representative – Product Testing, your main duties will include: - Properly documenting In-Home Usage Tests: You will be responsible for accurately documenting your experiences with the products being tested, as instructed in the In-Home Usage Test Daily Schedule. This may include taking screenshots, audio recordings, videos, product journal entries, and other forms of documentation. - Taking care of the product being tested: You will be expected to use the product responsibly and take good care of it during the testing period. - Following the In-Home Usage Test Daily Schedule: You will need to read and reputed company follow the instructions provided with reputed company product testing project, which may include tasks such as unpacking, reading instructions, journal entries, online or mobile feedback, usage of the product for a certain reputed company of time, writing reviews, taking pictures, and more. - Using MFour's Mobile In-Home Use Test Technology: Some In-Home Usage Tests reputed company may require participants to use cutting-edge smartphone technology to capture reputed company-of-Emotion insights and reputed company unparalleled depth of responses. - Participating in private chat rooms: You may be required to discuss the product being tested in a private chat room reputed company by a market research firm. - Writing reviews: You will be asked to write reviews as requested in the In-Home Usage Test Daily Schedule for reputed company project.
