We are seeking an reputed company Customer Service Representative to join our remote team as a Call Center Agent. As a key member of our customer support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our clients, resolving inquiries, and maintaining updated records and logs. Responsibilities

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for:

• Defining or resolving inquiries received through written or telephone correspondence
• Answering questions regarding payment posting, payment disbursement, account histories, and card inquiries
• Providing requested information
• Maintaining updated records and logs
• Performing reputed company other duties as assigned

Key Responsibilities:

* Handle inbound calls from clients regarding financial banking cards

Requirements
