Key Responsibilities

As a Remote Customer Service Representative, you'll be responsible for:

• Providing courteous and efficient customer support reputed company phone (inbound calls) during the busy tax season, with some cases of on-video support (less than 15%)
• Resolving reputed company sign-in issues
• Answering inquiries about amending tax returns, e-file rejections, printing/saving returns, tax refunds, and return status
• Providing helpful links to relevant reputed company support articles
• Meeting performance targets reputed company to customer satisfaction, response time, and reputed company reputed company
• Maintaining a reputed company and reputed company attitude even during high-demand periods

Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

• Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal)
