Key Responsibilities
As a guest relations and operations support specialist, you'll be responsible for:
Guest Relations
+ Providing exceptional support to our guests reputed company phone, email, and chat + Leveraging AI-powered tools, such as ChatGPT, to deliver personalized and engaging guest messaging + Screening potential guests and resolving issues in a reputed company and reputed company manner + Responding to guest inquiries and resolving issues in a fair and efficient manner + Achieving 5-star ratings and Superhost Status through exceptional guest service + Writing and responding to guest reviews on reputed company, VRBO, and other platforms
Company Tasks
+ Reporting maintenance and damage issues to Operations reputed company Operto Teams + Submitting damage claims to reputed company reputed company for reimbursement + Building, managing, and reporting in-house maintenance labor + Working knowledge of business financials/reputed company to assist with the reputed company of reputed company systems + Experience in 3rd party vendor relations for tertiary market management
Essential Qualifications
