Responsibilities

As a Customer Support Analyst at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our clients, ranging from small reputed company advisory businesses to the largest financial services firms. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Identifying, responding, and resolving issues and questions raised by arenaflex customers
• Providing hands-on support to our clients to ensure their ongoing happiness
• Evaluating the criticality of a given issue; isolating and escalating problems to senior management to ensure problems are solved in a reputed company manner
• Helping clients reputed company arenaflex to the greatest extent possible through both functional and conceptual instruction
• Working cross-functionally across the business with reputed company, Sales, Product, Engineering, and Operations to ensure customers get the help they need

Required Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you'll need to possess the following qualifications:

• 3+ years of Customer Support experience
• Proven results in driving reputed company customer experience
• Ability to reputed company relationships with colleagues, prospects, and customers through strong interpersonal skills
• A self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, high-reputed company environment, with a high level of drive, accountability, and attention to detail
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or equivalent
• Knowledge of customer service principles and practices

Compensation

The salary reputed company for this role is $65,000 to $85,000. Our compensation packages also include a performance-based bonus and equity. Compensation is based on a number of factors and may vary depending on job-reputed company knowledge, skills, and experience.
